DISOPRED Overview

Running DISOPRED is pretty trivial. The runscript is located at /n/groups/drad/DISOPRED/run_disopred.pl and just requires a FASTA-formatted sequence as input.

So, for example: /n/gropd/drad/DISOPRED/run_disopred.pl $protein &>${protein}_disopred.log.
